Robert Half Healthcare Practice has partnered with a well-known healthcare company in Carmel, IN to secure a full-time Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, who will respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner. We are thrilled to partner with this established company to secure their newest staff members!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am — 5pm EST. No weekends!

Daily duties:

• Answers inbound calls from clients and responds to billing questions.
• Answers patient inquiries by clarifying desired information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and escalating unresolved issues.
• Gathers and enters patient information

Skills Needed:

• Excellent customer service, as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Moderate computer skills (internet, email, MS Office 365) – Ability to maneuver in a fast pace environment multi-task using multiple monitors and multiple tools at once. eSkill’s testing to be completed.
• Prior remote/virtual call center experience.
• Medical or insurance background or experience.

EOB – Explanation of Benefits, Call Center Customer Service, Call Center, Patient Financial Services, High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of call center customer service experience, or 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
