We are a customer acquisition call center working together with media operations to optimize digital and call center performance.WE OFFER ……..* PAID On the Job Training* Flexible Schedules (Hours of Operation 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. and split shifts available)* Rotating Saturdays* Complete desktop computer with noise cancelling headset upon meeting training requirements* NOT a 1099 position* Benefits after 4 months of employment and meeting KPI requirements* Salary start $25,000 – $27,000 yearlyJOB REQUIEMENTS …….* Must be able to work 40 hours per week* Place primarily outbound product awareness calls to customers introducing them to program(s).* Initiates use of home warranty program with first service request(s) such as re-key option for new homeowners/customers.* Perform data entry of home warranty contract and information into the computer system.* Assists realtors, account executives and customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence and/or electronic communication according to all business unit policies, procedures, and contract coverage.* Encourages upsell of current contract holders such as upgrades, additional options and/or properties.* Follows up with realtors, account executives and/or customers to ensure contract coverage and payment issues are resolved.* Maintains current knowledge of all business unit policies, procedures, programs and completes required continuing education courses.* Complete and pass required training assessments with an 80% score or higherQUALIFICATIONS……* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required* Must have personal device (laptop, tablet) with audio and visual effects to utilize until completion of training* Must have reliable internet* 1-3 years of sales experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sales techniques* Math skills* Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to Multi-task
