All inside sales and no cold calling
Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
Bi-Weekly base pay plus up to $2,000 incentive a month – this is based on performance
Job Responsibilities:
Increase sales volume by making/receiving phone calls from customers (120-200 average daily calls)
Contribute to the departmental goal by accomplishing required contact and sales results
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Call center experience preferred
Remote work experience preferred
Clear effective communication
Medical industry knowledge beneficial
Training and mentoring will occur virtually, where we strive to provide a comfortable learning and support system.
Flexibility required for shifts available from 8 am EST to 8 pm EST
