Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities are:

  • Speaking with patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listening to them to gain a better understanding of their needs
  • Offering the best solution to resolve their account

Job Type: Your full-time schedule would be: 8:00 AM -4:30 PM and 9:00 AM -5:30 PM depending on the time of year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 – $14.00 per hour
