QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

AmeriPro Roofing is seeking for Quality Assurance Specialists to join our Inside Sales team! Quality Assurance Specialists will take ownership of a job that is turned in by a sales rep and make sure each homeowner understands the build process, assist with any paperwork needed in order to move the project forward, keep the homeowner informed of their material delivery dates and build windows, and set payment schedules with each individual homeowner.  If you are a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individual who truly values the service you provide customers, we want to talk to you! 
 

Day-To-Day:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls
  • Follow up with insurance companies for approval confirmation.
  • Follow up on jobs where paperwork turned into the office is not filled out correctly.
  • Follow up on jobs turned into the office that are placed on hold/cancelled to get the jobs back on track.
  • Process updates/Account Balance/ Closing calls
  • Collect payments from customers
  • Properly document the file about any workmanship concerns for review
  • Read Insurance estimates (summaries)
  • Selling additional trades Roofing, Siding, Gutters
  • Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Use our in-house CRM Buildfly

Competitive Pay structure:

    • Salary based upon experience
    • Additional bonus opportunities for reach goals.  Up to $400 bi-weekly. 
  • Full-Time, W2 position, Training and Development
  • Hours in office 8:30am -5:00 pm M-F
  • Eligible for insurance benefits after 60 days,
  • Eligible for 3 sick days and up to 5 vacation days in first year after 90 days

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age + with reliable transportation
  • 1-2 years’ experience in phone sales: Inside Sales and or Customer Service
  • Efficient in Excel and other basic computer skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred not required
  • Quick learning, energetic, passionate, positive, and self-motivated individuals
