Customer Service Representative
About the Job
As the Sparrow Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer services inquiries which include, but are not limited to incoming calls, website chats, and email responses.
The Customer
Service Representative will partner with the property management team to deliver the best Sparrow experience for each prospect and resident.
About Your Responsibilities
Create and maintain a high service, customer-focused environment
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Provide accurate leasing information to prospects
Complete resident welcome calls and emails
Respond to the Customer Service inbox and properly communicate high risk issues to the appropriate parties
Respond to the website chat box
Enter resident work orders into the system and update the property management team
Perform other duties as assigned

About the Requirements
High school required; some college preferred
Proficiency in Yardi & Salesforce is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in Customer Service, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in Property Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
