– 5:00PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunchResponsibilities:* Perform outreach, and engagement to determine consumers eligibility and appropriateness for the program.* Provide hospital liaison support* Provide supervisory support to team of Housing Counselors* Perform therapeutic rehabilitative skill development with consumers* Assist residents in understanding their rights and responsibilities under a tenant lease arrangement and mange disputes with other residents or landlords* Assess with clients strengths and skill deficits related to independent living; assisting clients in acquiring needed skills before and after placement in their new homes* Assist and link clients in learning about their neighborhoods (banks, stores, transportation, recreational opportunities and other community supports)* Provide supportive counseling and assist consumers in problem solving* Collaborate with consumers, family members and other providers to develop service plans* Transport consumers and teach them how to take public transportation* Provide services including but not limited to psycho-education and support, symptom assessment and management, family/significant other education and support, consumer advocacy and activities of daily living* Provide crisis intervention as needed* Provide supervision to RITE Center ManagerBenefits:* Competitive salary* Medical and dental insurance* Vision plan* Retirement plan* Flexible spending plans* EXCELLENT time benefits* Opportunity for personal and career growth* Team oriented environment

PhilosophyQualifications:* Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field;* Previous supervisory and mental health experience.* Valid Driver’s License in good standingAll positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
