Job Information The Product Support Engineer I exhibits strong self-initiative with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team and has creative thinking with a willingness to innovate. Role & Responsibility Resolve the customer and dealer’s issues and concerns. Support diagnosing the product’s root cause and document discrepancies. Provide on-call and ongoing troubleshooting and technical advice to clear up the field troubles. Conduct training for the systems, scan tool usage, and installation guides. Analyze and manage the warranty claims from the customers and dealers. Investigate the defective parts and engines by disassembly. Collecting customer and dealer’s voices to improve their satisfaction and the product’s quality. Organize and run regular quality meetings with the customers to content and enhance the product. Job Requirement Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical field (Preferred in Automotive). Experience: 0-2 yrs Travel requirement: 10-40%. Proficient in MS products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Strong work ethic and desire to set and attain goals. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Prior technician/Mechanic experience a plus.
