General SummaryPrecision Garage Door is looking for a driven, accountable, organized, and analytical individual to help with dispatching and routing.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for building and monitoring the daily schedule to optimize routing, time management, and job capacity for the service side of the business.

The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Department to help ensure the best possible schedule is built.

The position is full-time 40 hours a week from 7:30am 4:30pm.

Description* Maximize scheduling of technicians on a daily basis to provide optimal revenue opportunities* Interface with CSR’s, technicians, and customers in a timely manner to ensure scheduling optimization* Possess keen understanding of service areas within each business unit to maximize technician service opportunities based on job proximity* Audit jobs to make sure technicians have: * Called their job 30 mins before start time* Make 8am, 10am, 12pm, and 2pm calls if necessary* Check for Door Estimates and advise Door Designers at 8am, 10am, 12pm, and 2pm* Dispatched job after call* Look for technicians are running behind schedule* Verify addresses, capitalization, and punctuation* Verify business units are accurate* Manage Online Booking Tools* Manage future schedule* Manage call backs and warranty* Become proficient with software Service Titan, Trello, SendHub, Gmail* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments* Demonstrate product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions via Service Titan notes* Provide management with recurrent scheduling issues and inefficiencies pertaining to technician opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: * High School diploma required, Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred* 3+ years experience dispatching, preferably in the service industry* Must have built schedules / dispatched in a high volume call center environment* Must demonstrate proficient phone skills and attention to detail* Must have relevant computer skills * Ensure timely arrival to work in order to manage schedule* Problem solving and analytical skillsThe preceding job description is not designed to comprise a full listing of duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.
