Permanent Makeup Spa Front Desk Concierge Customer Service

We are seeking a professional, service focused beauty enthusiast to join the growing team in our Madison Avenue location. We are a luxury permanent makeup provider with 3 locations in New York. All front desk concierge candidates/receptionists should possess a polished presentation, positive energy, good communications skills, experience with an upscale clientele and an excellent customer service attitude. Client first impressions are of utmost importance.

A minimum of one year salon, spa or hospitality experience is required. Prior knowledge and working experience with salon/spa booking software is a plus. Strong interest in beauty, fashion and a polished presentation is required.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required. 1 year of prior salon, spa or hospitality customer service experience.
Professional, fashion-forward and polished presentation.
Strong written communication and phone skills. Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of computers and social media.
Excellent attention to customer service.
Pleasant and positive energy.
Customer Service focused.

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
