Here’s what our Intake Specialists do:
Our Call Center Representatives are the liaison between our company and its current and
potential customers.
The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues,
complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
The essential duties of our Intake Specialists:
Obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, interviewing callers and verifying
information.
Follow detailed scripts and fill out forms while talking to customers.
Document all necessary and needed information.
Follow all required processes and procedures.
Attend and successfully complete required Call Center training.
These are the Skills and Qualifications we look for:
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
Preferred:
Six months minimum of past customer-service experience
Consistent work history
