– Join Brubacher today This part time cleaning support position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices and common areas such as hall or passage ways, meeting rooms, rest rooms, shower room, dinette areas and stair wells.

The shift would be three
– four days per week from 5pm to 10pm.

There could be flexibility with the hours depending on the candidate.

Responsibilities Include: Vacuums all carpeted areas and upholstered furniture that are accessible on a regular basis.

Spot cleans heavily soiled carpet with appropriate cleaner(s) when necessary.

Shampoos carpeted areas with proper equipment.

Maintains hard surface floor areas (i.e., tile) by stripping, washing, waxing and buffing when necessary.

Mops such areas on a regular basis.

Cleans fixtures in rest rooms, shower and dinette areas using appropriate cleaning materials.

Replenishes paper products, hand soap, etc.

where necessary.

Assures that standby products are available in the event the supply in use becomes exhausted during work hours.

Dusts furniture and all flat surfaces on a regular basis in so long as such is accessible.

Cleans glass surfaces on a regular basis.

Spot cleans walls, doors and door frames as necessary.

Collects trash and deposits in appropriate containers.

Places order for expendable items and cleaning materials with appropriate manager in a timely fashion.

Exercises safety while performing job tasks.

Reports defective parts and equipment with appropriate manager in a timely fashion.
