Aln Medical Management
As a member of our operations support team you will be processing requests for printing and submitting via fax and mail paperwork relating to filing both primary and secondary insurance claims, supporting documentation (medical records), appeals and reconsiderations for processing to insurance carriers multiple clients.
Work is time sensitive and accuracy is critical.
Reviewing work queues in the system and print appropriate documents paying close attention to instructions for appropriate filing.
Able to accurately match printed documents with payer, patient and other key data fields.
Able to document in the PM system details of work completed.
Prepares outgoing faxes and mail as required.
Identifies trends and communicates to Manager with examples as available.
Works collaboratively with other departments to assure client needs are being met.
Able to work independently and responsible for completing assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Embraces team mentality to ensure work is fully completed each day and month-end balancing deadlines are met.
Requirements Attention to detail is critical Proficient at basic computer programs including MS Word and Excel Entry level problem solving skills with the ability to monitor for problems, taking immediate action when possible and escalating when required Good communication skills, both verbal and by e-mail Inspires respect and trust Must be able to work in the Lincoln office.
