Earlham Savings Bank is currently seeking a Network Support Technician.
This position provides system support for all staff including computers, printers, phones, Microsoft Office, and Bank Applications.
This position has potential growth opportunities such as Cisco networking and VOIP services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff in resolving IT requests
Setup and maintain IT hardware, software, and related equipment
Collaborate with team members on issues and process improvement
Assist with projects and other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Well organized and have strong written and oral communication skills
Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or the equivalent work experience and knowledge
Preferred IT experience in banking and/or the financial services industry
IT certifications preferred
PowerShell Scripting experience is a plus
