Experis, we have REMOTE roles available for Network Engineers.
As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support for our growing client and partner base.
You will diagnose problems and work with Meraki product line, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, cameras.
This is a customer-facing role working with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Training Development, and Strategy.
Experience in supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, or DHCP servers; experience installing and solving WiFi networks; ability to multitask and work under stress.
Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.
Detailed comprehension of fundamental networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, DNS, Ethernet, OSPF, etc.
Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, &/or DHCP servers.
Nice to have
– pluses: Networking certifications a plus: CCNA, CCNP CWNA, Remote for PST time zone.
Shifts 6am
– 3pm; 7am
– 4pm; 8am
– 5pm; 9am
– 6pm.
