Network and Software Support Specialist – on premises – New London County, CT

Overview of the Network and Software Support Specialist:

• Provides support on a wide range of applications including Citrix, MS Office, Exchange, SQL and ERP systems for multiple users at 2 sites
• provide resolution for Help Desk and Cyber Security requests
• install and troubleshoot network application software and run SQL queries
• liaison with external technology vendors

Preferred Qualifications for the Network and Software Support Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting software, hardware, networking and accessories, configuration preferably with a smaller company (300 employees or fewer)
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred
• Cybersecurity certification preferred
• outstanding communication skills and a “no job too small” mindset
