CHASE Professionals is currently representing a Mortgage/Bank company located in Buckhead GA that is hiring for a Mortgage Retail Sales Support Specialist to join their organization on a permanent basis
Position : Mortgage Retail Sales Support Specialist
Duration : Perm
Location : Buckhead, GA
Position summary:

Holds responsibility for the success of the cross sell program within the mortgage division.

Proactively contacts mortgage customers, post closing, for the purpose of cross selling other bank products and services.

Opens deposit accounts ensuring proper policy and procedures are followed.

Other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsible for the tracking of deposits obtained and reporting to management of the Mortgage and Retail division.

JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or previous banking or customer service experience preferred
Excellent sales and service skills, primarily through electronic channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships with branch staff,mortgage loan originators, mortgage processors, mortgage administration, and
retail administration.
Knowledgeable of all bank products, operations, policies, and procedures.
Knowledgeable of all mortgage operations, policies, and procedures.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Application, Mortgage Lending Systems, and
Retail Account Opening Platforms.
