Empowered with the appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order requirements.

Leads a team to plan, design, execute and assess individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the ARNG.

Responsibilities include regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, and logistics; recruitment and training/certification/continued education of the program workforce; and works collaboratively and in concert with the Government MTC Commander and their staff in direct support of the training and technical missions.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree* MEL 4 or Equivalent DOD Schooling* Secret Clearance* Knowledgeable in Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)* Have a background in training management* Served as a BN or BDE S3* Knowledgeable in UTM or MCIS training* Experienced in training and operations at the Division and higher level* Knowledgeable in logistics and property management* Minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience* Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and others)Preferred Qualifications:* PMP* Master’s Degree* Served as a BN or BDE Commander* Served as a National GuardsmanScheduled Weekly Hours:40Travel Required:10-25%Telecommuting Options:Telecommuting Not AllowedWork Location:USA KS Fort LeavenworthAdditional Work Locations:We are GDIT.
