Medical Customer Service Representative

Our client in El Paso, TX is looking for customer service represenatives to assist members with their transportation.

Training is offered on-site.

The ideal candidate would show empathy, patience and would work well in a high-paced environment.

This a full-time position, Monday-Friday in between the hours of 7am-6pm depending on what schedule you’re assigned to after training.

Responsibilities -Customer Service -Liasion for scheduling non-emergency transportation -Soft skills include emapthy, good communication skills, computer saavy Skills Customer Service Empathy HIPAA Data Entry Basic Computer Skills Telephone Etiquette Education No Degree Required Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level:Entry Level Shift: First Working hours: 8 AM
