Responsibilities Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments Organize orientation of new staff members Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events Coordinate with IT department on all office new hire equipment Conduct pre-screening interviews with potential candidates and provide feedback to Talent Acquisition Recruiter Responsible for coordinating annual reviews and notifying management Create spreadsheets and reports after collecting data from special events and webinars Responsible for keeping a log of all Marketing employees hire and promotion dates Creative mind to design flyers for employee milestone and other important events Collaborate across departments to complete monthly company newsletters SOP creation for job duties to ensure a uniform procedure Processing company wide orders and personal employee orders Assist upper management with department errands, gift purchases for birthdays and celebrations Responsible for spearheading employee incentives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, or related field, or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field.
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures Computer skills and knowledge of office software Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
Has a “whatever it takes” attitude.
A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
