Maintenance Support (1st Shift)

Maintenance Support role: Support role to assist with installation and setup of new and remodeled areas.Assist Equipment Support Technicians upon need for repairs and maintenance.

Role and responsibilities Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR’s): Uncrate and properly store and identify new tools and equipment.

Assist with setup of new and relocated equipment and areas.

Provide assistance as needed to Equipment Support.

Be familiar with multi-meters and other hand tools.

Candidate will be required to wear PPE where appropriate and embrace ASML 8S requirements.

Key Issues Facing Your Job: Get the new and remodeled and a production state sooner than later, with Safety and Lean a priority.

With newly acquired parts and tooling properly identified, and safe guarded.

Assist Equipment Support with Equipment Maintenance.

Key Decisions: Maintenance Support Technician will need attention to detail, and ability to meet the roving demands of a fleet of equipment in numerous areas.

Ability to aggressively support the diversity of the role without hourly direction, at end of shift will have evidence of productivity.

Education and experience High School Diploma or GED required.

Electro-mechanical education: AA degree, Technician Certification, Military (or significant life experiences that can be proven), or equivalent experience.

Manufacturing and equipment maintenance experience.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Can work under deadlines.

The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.

Working around lasers; working with ladders; working on platforms; and working around chemicals.

The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

May require travel dependent on company needs.

The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.
