RayBiotech, Inc., located in the beautiful Atlanta Technology Park, North Metro-Atlanta, Georgia, is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative technology and tools for biotechnology and life science research. 
 

Title: Life Science Marketing and Support Specialist

Job description:

As a Life Science Marketing and Support Specialist, you will report directly to Dr.

Valerie Jones and generally be responsible for the following tasks, among others as requested by senior management.

Marketing:  assessment of market opportunities; develop and implement strategic plans and approaches to marketing that ensure forecasts are met or exceeded; develop presentation materials and deliver presentations to target customers; prepare and implement any commercial campaigns; develop and implement any display/convention booths; obtain, digest and present customer feedback and other marketing-related issues; and write and edit any news releases and/or product updates, and other marketing and promotion materials.

Support:  answer customers’ technical questions and help them with experimental design when selecting products; trouble-shoot customers’ experimental problems; interface, and provide feedback to internal groups such as research and development, manufacturing, etc.

as well as outside parties to ensure the development of high quality and novel products; edit and improve our product manuals; support grant writing or other documents; and direct the compilation, organization and editing of technical product collateral.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
PhD in life sciences discipline required (Immunology preferred).  Prior customer facing experience at any level preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Customer-focused mind set with the ability to learn the Company’s products and services.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
