provides one-on-one, home and community based services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses, living independently in the community (we do not own or operate any group homes or provide overnight shifts/hours).In a typical day, tasks might include teaching and supporting clients to (but are not limited to):Complete household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping; Live a healthier life i.E.
exercising, meal planning etc.; Attend medical and/or dental appointments; Develop and maintain social skills in a variety of community settings.Currently hiring for 2 DSP positions; Full-time Position (40 hours)Locations: Golden Valley, Robbinsdale and New Hope:Sundays: 9am 6pm (Every other)Mondays: 2:30pm 8:30pmTuesdays: 12pm 8:30pmWednesdays: 12pm 9pmThursdays: 1:30pm 9pmFridays: OffSaturdays: 9am 6pm (Every other)Life By Design Inc.
