Licensed Customer Service Representative

Aston Carter

This is a Contract position in Warren, MI posted February 23, 2022.

Description: 40 hours per week, and OT is available (voluntary, not mandatory at this point).

Schedule: 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, or 10am to 7pm.

Must be willing to work any of these shifts.

Job Responsibilities: Manage calls and answer questions as it relates to MCCA 45-50 incoming calls on a daily basis with the average call lasting anywhere between 5-15 minutes Answering questions about billing/premiums as well as adding/changing vehicles on a policy Able to explain policy increases and other related questions as it pertains to their policy Offer AAA membership on each call Making payments on accounts and troubleshooting as well (non technical) Dual monitors, talking and typing at the same time Use of several programs such as outlook, word and excel Property and Casualty License Required MUST HAVE: Insurance License (Property & Casualty) 1 year of experience involved with P&C insurance (either in a sales or csr/admin capacity) Customer service experience, either for an insurance agent or insurance call center Computer Skills (Basic use of MS Office, ability to learn new software) Written/verbal communication (essential to have proper grammar, slang will not be acceptable) HIGH SPEED INTERNET.
