To learn more, visit blueridgepower.comWe are looking for a IT Support Specialist (Microsoft 365) who will be responsible for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, providing end-user support, training for hardware and software, and collaborating with the IT Manager to ensure operational security, Maintenance, and Governance.The ideal candiate will be proficient in the following areas of performance:Provide operational support of Microsoft 365 tenant and applications including Office, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Endpoint Manager, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, Power Apps.Monitor, analyze and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging M365 and related core technologies; stay up to date and well-in-the-know regarding M365 updates and roadmapsEffectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical business and executive leadersIdentify and analyze business and technical requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve technical and/or functional M365 issuesMust be able to operate independently and handle complex problems with a sharp eye for detailReason for opening: Business growthTechnology Team with this position: 3-5 peopleWorking atmosphere: Great team, people-friendly environment, respect for people, open communication, provided with tools needed to succeed, opportunity for growth, products we believe in.Compensation and BenefitsStarting annual salary of $70,000, paid weekly.Benefits:Health Insurance
