Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues of our internal customers, including but not limited to desktop applications, custom applications, and computer hardware.

The IT Support Specialist serves as the primary user interface with systems, to enhance user knowledge, comfort and productivity.

This person is also back up to the IT Manager in all critical functions.

Job Duties
Responds to incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person request for assistance from users experiencing problems with software, networking, cell phone, iPad, and other related technologies.
Solves routine, nonroutine and complex software and procedure problems by telephone and remote access with end users.
Prepares user training manuals and writes procedures to follow in order to provide documentation of computer processes.
Configures iPhones, iPads, and other technological devices needed for new hires
Serves as the company’s back up to the Network Administrator.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.

2+ years of related experience required.

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to explain thoroughly required.
