IT Support Administrator – Great company!

  • IT Support Analysts are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues as well as deploying new technologies used throughout the organization.

Overview of role functions:

  • Serve as the “face of IT” for end users
  • Document, configure, and assist with maintenance of systems and services
  • Evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades
  • Install and configure common software applications
  • Responds in a timely manner to IT Help Desk and Support Tickets for troubleshooting and repairs for IT equipment and networks.
  • Problem-solving when things go wrong
  • Training staff on the use of new technology and offering support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with service delivery and user support
  • Certifications a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+, ITIL, Scrum, etc.)
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with an MSP tool
