IT Support Analysts are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues as well as deploying new technologies used throughout the organization.

Overview of role functions:
Serve as the “face of IT” for end users
Document, configure, and assist with maintenance of systems and services
Evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades
Install and configure common software applications
Responds in a timely manner to IT Help Desk and Support Tickets for troubleshooting and repairs for IT equipment and networks.
Problem-solving when things go wrong
Training staff on the use of new technology and offering support as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years experience with service delivery and user support
Certifications a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+, ITIL, Scrum, etc.)
