Assist Team Leader with the supervision of Team Member who fulfills the orders for International shipments.Responsibilities:(50%) CUSTOMER SERVICESupport Team Leader with the supervision of non-exempt Team Member who is responsible for the processing of fulfilling all international ordersAssist with the management of all customer and inter-company communications pertaining to International SCC shipmentsMaintain all International customer filesProvide assistance with the maintenance of the International Procedures ManualProcess samples for shippingAs needed, assist with the sanitary registrations of products for all countriesAssist with the evaluation and implementation of process improvements for SC international salesTrack orders to destinationAlong with Team Leader, maintain an updated list of requirements per countryProvide supplier export support to other departments(50%) ORDER PROCESSINGAssist with processing all order entries and confirmationsAssist with managing freight arrangements and quotationsAssist with maintenance of all inspections arrangements and documentationAssist with coordination and supervision of loading schedules with the warehouse (bills of lading)Assist with managing all export documentation (certificates)Manage documentation translationsAssist with managing freight claims with third party (lost or damaged product)Handle claims in regards to shortages/damages/short shelf-life of Supply Chain productFile and maintain all final proof of exports for every shipment (Bill of lading/air bill)
