Customer Service Representative/Support AnalystFor our client, providing outstanding customer service is at the heart of what they do. Founded in 1951, they are a leader in providing communication and technology services to thousands of commercial, industrial, and public safety agencies in Kansas and Missouri. They are one of Kansas City’s largest Authorized Motorola Solutions Sales and Service Center. Our client is seeking those who have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.Our client is seeking a qualified Support Analyst. As a successful candidate, you must be able to work directly with the sales and operations teams as well as independently to provide excellent service in support of our client’s sales team and customer’s needs. You will enter and process new projects/orders in a timely manner, expediting rush orders, altering order information and shipping information as needed while ensuring accuracy based upon customer requests, solution requirements or other terms. As the Support Analyst, you will also assist in maintaining customer account databases, tracking project statuses, entering direct customer orders and sales data in partner product database for processing, scheduling conferences, and answering incoming calls.Typical operational systems used include proprietary enterprise resource planning software, MSExcel, MSWord, as well as other Motorola support systems.The qualified candidate will be expected to complete company and Motorola training specific to their industry, products, systems, and certain types of technical support.Great Schedule!!!
