Inside Sales Support Specialist $17-$23 hr The Inside Sales Support Specialist provides daily support to the Project Sales team members and entire sales team.
Responsibilities: Heavy data entry of quotes, sales orders, sales information into CRM system.
Source request for quotes to multiple vendors and track responses Heavy Data entry into Excel spreadsheets as well as sorting and merging multiple spreadsheets.
Expedite sales orders for projects sales team members Kills Required Strong Microsoft Excel skills, must be comfortable working with large spreadsheets Good customer service skills and phone etiquette Ability to work independently and works well in a tea.
Develops strong interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues Strong sense of urgency.
