Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing & eCommerceINDUSTRY: Compressed Gas EquipmentTITLE: Inside Sales Specialist – eCommerceSUMMARY All Safe Global is a rapidly growing company serving the compressed gas industry with a robust eCommerce sales channel. The company is guided by the principles of performance, value-creation and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented customer service professional that knows how to handle incoming leads, manage customer requests, and close sales. You will be responsible for processing daily orders, inside sales for inbound inquiries, inventory offerings, and hitting the monthly sales goal.Core responsibilities include downloading daily orders, label creation, responding to customer service requests via Live Chat, Email and phone. There are a lot of opportunities, reporting and promotional ideas involved with trying to reach the goal – so we’re looking for someone who likes to contribute ideas and be involved in a fun team atmosphere.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for the following duties which are performed personally:· Download daily eCommerce orders and create pick list and pivot tables.· Print order labels and packing slips.· Customer service – Handle inbound phone calls, Live Chat and e-mail for eCommerce division· Inside Sales – Providing quotes, inventory levels and order processing for larger customers· Analytics – Various accounting, inventory and sales reports to review, track and provide feedback· Assist with online product listing development and management of those listings.· Inventory counts – pulling QB’s reports to ensure inventory is accurate on platforms.· Other duties may be assigned – occasional Saturday / Holiday hours required. Usually only 2-3 days per year depending on when holidays’ and end-of-month fall.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to excel at each duty outlined above and have the following knowledge, skills, and background:General Requirements· Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment· Excellent time-management and phone skills· Strong written, verbal and e-mail communication skills· Coachable and competitive spiritEducation and Experience· Microsoft Skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook appreciated but can be trained· eCommerce experience helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate.· Product knowledge of compressed gas cylinders, beverage kegs and valves preferred but not required.· Sales experience or training a plus.Language and Communication Skills· Ability to read and interpret customer communications, sales reports, emails, chat requests and common documents· Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, or members of the business communityReasoning Ability & Mathematical SkillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
