Welcome to your first step in joining OneSupport. We take INBOUND calls from the comfort of our own home. If you sound professional but want to feel comfortable, we invite you to join our team. Let’s get to the important things.

  • $12/hour starting the first day of training

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) usage after 90 days for all employees – starts accruing on day 1

  • USB Wired Headset

  • Webcam on your intended work computer

  • 15” screen or larger (and/or multiple monitors)

  • No Chromebooks, tablets, or mobile phones accepted

  • Windows Users: Windows 8.1 or newer

  • Mac Users: Most recent Mac OS (as of 7/28/21 Big Sur 11.5) & 2016 or newer

  • Dual Core Processors must be at least 2GHz

  • Quad Core Processors must be at least 1.6GHz

  • 3GB of RAM or higher

  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet with 2mbps download, 1mbps upload

  • A direct Ethernet connection and ideally less than 100ms ping or jitter

  • No fixed wireless, hotspot, or satellite internet accepted

OneSupport is a fast-paced environment from hiring to training to everyday work. You will need a private workspace that is quiet and distraction free during your shifts. You will need to be able to type at least 40 WPM with 80% or higher accuracy to qualify for our positions. We do not require experience but you’ll need a willingness to learn!

Job Requirements:

Duties include:

  • Provide assistance to inbound callers

  • Represent our clients in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while working to exceed customer and company expectations

  • Interact with customers to provide, process, and prioritize information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services primarily via inbound calls

  • Research required information using available resources

  • Follow provided processes and procedures

  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications

  • Accurately process and record call transactions using the designated tracking software

  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

  • Manage time effectively in order to obtain performance criteria objectives

  • Taking consecutive customer calls and talking for the duration of your shift minus any breaks

  • Typing 40+WPM frequently for the duration of your shift minus any breaks

  • Sitting or standing at work-station for the duration of your shift minus any breaks
