Inbound Call Customer Service (kg-e32)

This is a Full-time position in Chanhassen, MN posted January 26, 2022.

Call Center Position100% Remote Provides claims, customer service, billing, and collection and fulfillment services. In this role you will be taking about 60 inbound calls a day answering questions from policy holders about plan coverages, renewal dates etc. We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail that can multi-task while manipulating through multiple systems. This position does require that you have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook -will not work) along with good internet connection

Training Schedule Hours: Monday- Friday between  8:30am -7:00pm working an 8 hour shift (Attendance critical)
Hours after Training: Various schedules between  8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location– Remote Position

Responsibilities:

  • This is an entry level position – No experience in financial services/insurance necessary
  • Must have experience with Teams and Outlook – will be working in these programs extensively.
  • Will handle calls from customers and provide professional, courteous, and accurate information regarding customer questions on new products as well as existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance standards for Quality, Productivity, Detail, Retention and Attendance
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist current customers, up-sell and cross-sell techniques, and retention skills.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree with one to two years’ experience or
  • Three to four years related experience and/or training
  • Must be able to gain trust, respect, and confidence of customers
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required
  • Background, drug test required prior to starting.
