Operations Support Specialist, Energy Efficiency Programs Newark, NJTo support our recent growth in the northeast region we are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist with a focus on reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a project. You will bring your expertise and best practices to support the successful delivery of workforce development implementation to clients.Please note, this position will be remote until ICF’s open.This role provides the opportunity to forge a strong relationship with the project team that will contribute to your growth and development. Key Responsibilities:+ Assist in the standardization and implementation of program processes and procedures+ Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate+ Ownership of key reporting requirements and performance-based metrics (to include ICF, partners and trade allies) with a keen ability to analyze data+ Lead coordination with implementation team on procuring data that will be used in forecasts and explain forecasted variances to leadership+ Prepare presentations and reports to accurately describe activities in the field and to monitor progress towards program goals on customer participation and the completion of eligible projects+ Maintain and update shared files, resources and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to latest versions of materials.+ Collaborate with program managers to ensure all activities related to quality program delivery is executed+ Assist with other operations tasks, which could include developing presentations, sending emails via MailChimp, writing awards applications and narrative reportsBasic Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related subject or equivalent experience+ 2+ years of relevant work experience+ Advanced MS Excel experience and skills+ Advanced data visualization skills+ Proven excellent analytical skills with an impeccable attention to detailPreferred Skills/Experience:+ Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence+ Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environment+ Showcased experience implementing continuous improvement and quality assurance applications+ Experience with PowerBI or TableauProfessional Skills:+ Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills+ Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities+ Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information+ Able to work with all levels of internal employees, clients and partners independently as needed+ Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism and a cooperative attitude#PSEG#Indeed#LI-CC1Working at ICFWorking at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
