is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America.

We are looking for an experienced Field Support Representative to add to our growing team at our Columbus Branch in Sandusky, Ohio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer and dealer assistance and advice on complex service issues Investigate and resolve technical field problems and recommend and/or initiate corrective action Supports contractors and internal staff with troubleshooting and technical issues Conducts business with a sense of urgency required to fulfill customer and sales obligations Maximize sales opportunities Follow up and build a good rapport with vendors and factory tech support groups Participate in team meetings Monitor the administration of warranty programs, evaluate warranty, product for vendor returns and repair damaged or recalled equipment Assist in determining liability in warranty equipment failures Participate in training opportunities including both customers and internal staff Effectively communicate technical issues and results to internal staff, management and vendors Accurate logging of issues and follow up as needed Conducting site visits for training and technical assistance with customers Work closely with Quotations Department as needed Maintain outstanding levels of customer service Work closely with HVAC Sales Manager, other managers and support staff

Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Experience within HVAC field
