HVAC Company: Customer Service Representative

We are hiring the right fit for a high-energy position with extensive customer service (phone), data entry and dispatch work.We are a high volume HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) company.

We install HVAC systems for new construction, remodels and retrofits.

We also service all types of air conditioning and heating equipment.

Residential and Commercial.We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with our high volume Service Department.

We are searching for an individual that can provide excellent phone service, daily data entry of service invoices, and dispatch calls for our high-volume Service Department.Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office (mainly Word & Excel) and database programs, in which data entry will be required.We offer vacation, paid holidays, medical coverage (in which the company pays 75% of the premiums), option for AFLAC and the opportunity to make money.During the summer months (May to September) this is a high-volume position.

Overtime opportunity; No time to watch the clock!!Pay depends on experience and knowledge.
