HR Support: Remote

Job Description: Support of full lifecycle onboarding of new hires in the Corporate Headquarters Support of the Corporate Recruiting team with interview scheduling, LinkedIn Administration and other tasks as needed Work within PeopleFluent Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build trust and communicate cross-functionally with several hiring teams and stakeholders Provide a “first class” candidate experience to all applicants coming through the hiring process Monitor pre-employment and background check processes and update team in a timely manner Be a knowledge resource and answer general questions from colleagues in a timely manner Prepare reports using MS tools such as Excel, PPT, Word and SharePoint Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Greet and assist interviewees onsite Coordinating candidate travel Maintain candidate database Handle and track records and paperwork Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding) Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Socials and other engagement initiatives Ordering supplies Preparing PowerPoint for meetings and presentations Job Requirements: Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years prior experience or 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience Or Bachelor’s Degree Meticulous eye for detail Experience in an Aerospace, Defense and/or manufacturing environment, preferred.

Experience with an applicant tracking system i.e.

Peoplefluent Demonstrated project management abilities and strong sense of responsibility and urgency Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting Experience working with onboarding of new hires
