Overview: The Household Support Partner will assist in nurturing person centered, resident directed culture and promote individual and team learning. This includes participating in a diversity of opportunities for meaningful pursuits, daily pleasures, recreation, friendships, social interaction, growth and learning, fun and enjoyment, personal routines and household rituals. Responsibilities:
- Support community through creating a home environment, maintaining a sense of welcoming through elimination of institutional barriers, enhancing relationships in the household through shared activities of living.
- Oversees household functioning and supports delivery of quality of life to all residents.
- Welcome residents, their family/significant others to the household. Participates in the orientation of new residents to the household with the household nurse leader and other team members.
- With support from dining services, performs cooking and baking duties to provide daily meals to residents; liaison with dining for stocking of food/beverage supplies.
- Assists with light housekeeping duties; tidying up common areas; liaison with housekeeping for supplies for household

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking.
- Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and creativity. Ability to initiate change and build community.
- Individual schedules may vary and may include weekends and holidays. Full and Part time roles require work every other weekend.
