Holiday Customer Service Representative

**Immediate start with paid training and ongoing coaching/mentoring!**

Location: Hyattsville, MD

**Please Note: These roles require candidates local to the Hyattsville area that are able to commute to the office on a daily basis – We are unable to support international applications at this time**

Interviews: Initial interviews conducted via Zoom (This is not a remote position)

Experience: Entry Level therefore no formal experience is necessary as we provide paid training. This is the perfect opportunity for candidates with little to no experience to gain vital, transferable skills to add to their resume

*This is not a remote telesales role nor is it door-to-door sales. You will be speaking with customers at kiosks and pop-up event stands in a safe, socially-distanced manner*

A Plus offers all Customer Service Representatives:

  • Product training, sales training, situational role-playing, on-site guidance

  • Daily mentoring, coaching, educational workshops and/or conference calls

Your day will start and end in the office, with the morning consisting of coaching sessions, product training and the setting of expectations, before traveling to pre-booked event sites across the DC and MD regions. The evening will consist of data configuration / reporting and reconciling.

Holiday Customer Service Day to Day duties:

  • Promoting client’s products / services

  • Engaging customers to conduct presentations

  • Answering questions and building relationships

  • Completing customer signups

Job Requirements:

Holiday Customer Service Reps need to be:

  • 18+ years of age

  • Eligible to work in the USA

  • Able to reliably commute to our office in Hyattsville, MD (this is NOT a remote position)

You do not need customer service, sales, event hosting or other specific experience to be considered. We offer office-based product training and field-based hosting & sales guidance & support!
