The Alexander Technology Group is working with an industry leading financial firm in Boston needs to bring on a Helpdesk technician to provide level 1 support throughout the company.
This position requires previous experience imaging PC or Laptops in a corporate setting.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of corporate experience in a Windows and Mac environment and some of the required skills listed below:
Experience with Windows10 and Mac
Background in Windows Desktop Deployment and Post deployment support
Security Patch upgrades
Basic management and configuration of applications
O365 support experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment during this migration project
