Position Description Summary:
Responsible for directing and coordinating the support functions within the business operations that include; Quality, Inventory, Safety Compliance, Training and IT support. Aids the General Manager in formulating and administering the organizational policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Ensures that all operations and logistics functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established corporate and client operations procedures and requirements. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
This is a management position. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Generally prefer 1-2 years of related supervisory or management experience.
