Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap for the CTO function that accounts for major infrastructure upgrades, new technology deployments, real estate initiatives and other CTO priorities in partnership with the CTO direct report team and the IT Extended Leadership team
- Lead the End User Support team and manage their career development and performance
- Partner with the CTO support leaders to create and maintain a positive experience for the consumers of our BTS support services
- Partner with the CTO, ITLC and IT Extended Leadership to align on priorities, demand and business expectations
- Create BTS communications to our end user community and stakeholders
- Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap for the CTO organization containing our strategic initiatives aligned with BTS priorities and budget
- Enable the successful delivery of strategic initiatives on behalf of the CTO
- Manage/ optimize vendor(s) relationships for both services and products we consume
- Manage dependencies across delivery streams throughout projects/initiatives
- Develop annual budget/plans
- Promote change management principles with executives, senior leaders, managers and supervisors to influence, build relationships, and manage resistance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required or related professional or military experience in lieu of degree
- Strong people and thought leadership skills
- Leadership experience defining, designing, developing, and implementing complex integration business solutions
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to engage in difficult conversations effectively
- Strong executive presence and ability to concisely relate status, manage expectations and inspire confidence at that level.
- Proven experience in managing and developing staff within a team to create high performance outcomes
- Experience in effectively operating in a matrixed organization
- Experience running large programs of work, leveraging predominantly variable resources or vendor partner staffing models.
- Proven effectiveness in working with vendors, system integrators, and/ or in a managed service environment.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across the organization on a regular basis
