– As a Client Support Associate you’ll: Answer both restaurant and customer inquiries via email, text, and phone; Help solve users’ problems, thinking strategically and analytically in your decision making as well as reacting empathetically when things go wrong; Help customers find success on company’s site by introducing them to the platform, as well as get real time feedback on their needs and pain points; Provide account management services to VIP customers; Work with restaurant partners to optimize their profile and menus.
