Field Aftermarket Support Representative

This is a Contract position in Woodbridge Township, NJ posted November 3, 2021.
As the Field Aftermarket Support Rep, you will provide our Tractor Dealer Network with support for both Parts and Service information and assistance to help troubleshoot issues with the repair of Versatile Equipment.
You will provide Dealer Technicians with repair training.
This roles works with our Engineering, Territory Managers and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvements.
Company vehicle provided.
Applicants coming from agricultural dealers with strong repair skills are encouraged to apply.
You must be free to travel extensively throughout the work week.
You also have a valid passport (or can obtain) and can cross into Canada to attend meetings in future.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
● Provide Dealers with total Aftermarket Support assistance
● Assist the Publications department in developing kit instructions, bulletins, campaigns, as well as updating Operator’s and Service Manuals
● Perform dealer warranty audits
● Work with Engineering and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvement
● Assist service parts with dealer inquiries and related information
● Immediate on site emergency travel to assist and advise repair for non operating units
● Attend service and sales meetings
● Assist and provide Dealer training
● Attend and assist with farm shows
● Travel throughout North and South Dakota, MN and parts of MT.
Job Requirements: Qualifications:
● A Mechanic Journeyman Certificate, (Farm or Construction), will consider Mechanical Technologist
● Five (5) or more years experience recommended on farm equipment
● A good knowledge base on electrical, hydraulics and mechanical systems
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers and software Working Conditions:
