Contract Support Analyst I CAMBRIDGE,MA 6 months Position Summary The entry level Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a large contract management program encompassing the lifecycle of a contract.
Responsibilities will include support, some basic training, system administration, reporting, maintaining data integrity and enforcing company policies.
An ideal candidate should be detailed oriented, have strong business communication skills, be comfortable working with many types of contracts and contract systems.
The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly is critical to success in this role.
Any contracting or procurement experience with a pharma biotechnology company is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities Managing system support requests Helping users complete contract projects in system Searching for existing contracts (including legacy or archived) Answering questions on contracting process policy Maintaining data integrity in system and proper contract storage Enforcing business rules and polices Building and updating contract templates Master data updates including supplier harmonization and clean up Experience and Qualifications Proven experience with contract system administration Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly Knowledge of CLM, DocuSign and Oracle Experience working in a large global business Familiarity of Pharma Biotech industry Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required concentration in business or communications preferred SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned to assist Global Procurement Operations group Keywords Analyst, Procurement, Contract, Project management, Contract Admin, CLM, business, purchasing, E-signature.
