Entry Level Financial Specialist The Company is a contact services provider that makes interactions between brands and consumers easier and more effective.

Serving a wide range of well-known, national brands, they provide client care and sales for companies in a variety of industries, including finance, automotive and health care.

Leveraging technology, data and industry-leading training to strategically connect with consumers
– we improve conversion rates and provide a greater return on marketing investments for our partners.

Financial Specialists connect with clients through various mediums to provide support and/or recommend goods and services.

They utilize a singular mode of communication, typically phone calls, emails, or chats and are responsible for maintaining customer service levels in line with our culture and client expectations.

Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound phone duties Use the internal proprietary software and technology Participate in regular training on products and clients Filter leads on behalf clients Pay: $16/hr Schedule: M
– F 8:00 am
