Entry Level – Event Customer Service Assistant

Mamba Charity Events is one of the fastest-growing promotional event and advertising firms in the area. We are looking for individuals with a background in customer service to join our team!
In this position you will oversee and implement marketing campaigns, resolve customer questions, and generate new business for our clients. We are currently conducting interviews for our Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Positions.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Attend events as scheduled
- Act as a representative on behalf of our clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints while providing quality customer service
- Work independently as well as within a team
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Retail a plus but not required
- Self-motivated
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers & management
- Must be 18 years+
- Background check prior to hire
