Enrollment Specialist/Customer Service

Job brief

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

This position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious campus growth objectives, generating interest is our educational options and working with students and parents to find the best academic program for their situation.

Responsibilities and Goals:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up via phone calls and emails,
Understand individual student and family needs and requirements to determine the best fit and eligibility into our programs,
Perform effective online orientations with new students,

Maintain a high level of customer service and student retention,
Continually meet or exceed performance expectations,
Maintain a database of potential students and provide status reports to supervisor,

Understand and learn all software programs/systems to effectively support students, including the Google Suite,
Must work well in a team environment,
Attend and participate in staff meeting, professional development and training meetings and serve on committees as directed.
Qualifications:
At least six months of related experience (Call Center, In/Out Bound, Customer Service) preferred,
Track record of over-achieving quotas,
Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day,

Basic understanding of Google Suite, Word and Excel required.

Experience with ZOHO is a plus,

Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
Strong listening and presentation skills,
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
Possess a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00
– $15.00 per hour
