Job Description ASRC Federal is currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual to support program cyber activities for our government program managers at Missile Defense Agency. The MDDC Program is responsible for test product data management across MDA, including data center operations, support of test design, planning, and products, and analysis infrastructure operations for the BMDS Test Program. The MDDC Program will improve and/or advance areas of integration, process improvement, development, and lean execution in order to succeed within a challenging and dynamic test environment. Candidates will work closely with MDDC Program Managers as well as high level personnel throughout the government and industry research, development and user communities. Applicants must possess strong leadership, organizational, and oral and written communication skills. Candidates should be self-starters capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Travel may be required. Requirements: * Providing expertise and assistance to the MDDC Program Manager in the execution of day to day operations while providing cyber compliance
* Performing program portfolio assessment to ensure all critical elements are addressed * Integrate and coordinate program activities with the Program Manager and other government and MDDC team members * Interfaces and collaborates with MDDC team members and customers regarding MDDC capabilities and support * Develops, improves, and executes processes and procedures to promote efficient and effective cyber operations and reporting * Develops briefings describing system capabilities as well as status briefings to MDDC customers * Performing detailed task planning and overseeing execution progress * Assess the adequacy of the cybersecurity test strategy outlines in test and evaluation master plans, operational test plans, and exercise assessment plans
* Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of cybersecurity assessment documentation and activities for enhanced security posture of MDDC systems
* Conceive and plan new concepts, methods, and techniques providing a significant technical or operational impact in the assigned exercises, projects, or programs
* Overseeing scheduling of program activity and milestones versus contractor progress * Support and participate in programmatic and technical discussions with government and industry teams to initiate new program concepts and discuss program planning and execution approaches * Prioritize cyber team support activities to ensure efficient operations and that all products are completed accurately and on schedule * Research, prepare, submit, and defend major Issue Papers in support of DoD Cyberspace Programs
* Compile and create program plans, briefings and technical reports * Organizing and hosting technical meetings and conferences * Experience with large scale operations and enterprise IT contracts and customers.
