Job Description Full time positions available 1st shift 9:00am-5:30pm Job Duties: Conduct phone surveys with patients who have had a recent healthcare experience Read the script verbatim while accurately collecting the respondents’ answers Conduct surveys with a professional, polite tone while staying neutral throughout the call Handle objections by using given approved rebuttals.
